Zamcham provides creative and digital agency services, which may include but are not limited to branding, design, development, strategy, and consulting. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual agreements with each client.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

Certain features of our services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content on our website and within our deliverables — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software — is the property of Zamcham or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written consent. Client work ownership will be governed by the terms of individual service agreements.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website or interfere with any other party's use of our services.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services, systems, or networks connected to our servers.

Payment terms for our services will be outlined in individual client agreements. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your service agreement.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between us.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zamcham shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, regardless of the cause of action.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Zamcham in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zamcham and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these terms or your use of our services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will remain in effect.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
